Both have great stretch measuring to fit a 44' waist unstretched. There is a good stretch to the fabric, so will fit up to a 46' waist

The Blue are 'short' shorts with a hot pant fit,

Outside leg measuring 14' tip of waistband to hem, 2' inseam.

83% cotton, 15% polyester 2% elastaine.

The white Have an optional turn up overall Outside leg length of 18' with a 5' inseam ( not turned up)

87% cotton,  9% polyester 4% spandex/elastaine
