Return Policy

Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return requests are only allowed due to postal damage under first class mail rates. If the item was sent with priority mail then it is up to the customer to file a claim with the post office using the covered insurance as any priority mail is insured(this applies to metal signs). If the item is damaged I require a picture of the damaged item as proof for my records.

All other or any returns accepted must be done in a timely manner. Shipping costs will not be refunded and there is a 20% restocking fee for all accepted returns. ALL Sales are Final otherwise due to most items are made to order. I do not accept returns because you changed your mind or found one elsewhere after purchase. I am sorry for this but I get too many people giving the excuse bought by mistake. Also "no longer needed" is not a reason for a return request it is a reason to cancel an order before it is shipped. You should make sure of your order before purchasing.

If the return is accepted the item that is returned must be in resalable condition or you will be subject to an additional 20% damage fee, and a picture of the damage will be sent back to you as proof.

In some instances if I know the reasons are my own fault then you will be 100% refunded. All refunds are processed when the item is received.
