2) Your item was tampered with, willfully broken, or is missing components and/or accessories.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be pre-authorized. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting Metropolis-1 on eBay.
