Description: Our cloves are grown on the island of Madagascar.  Cloves are the dried un-opened flower buds of a small evergreen tree and must be hand-picked.  Cloves goes well with citrus flavors, basil, onion, and peppercorns as well as the other aromatic spices: Vanilla, Allspice, and Cardamom.
