The Printer Mark is a Blue dot and 2 Blue dashes in the lower right corner of  Seal#100 (photo 1).

Also, note (the Blue dash) before the "A" in U.S.-A. in the margin & the Red dot above the "U" to the right in the margin and a Red dot inside the U.
