The crown is decorated with Cartier's 2C motif.

Cartier's fountain pen is an OEM of MONTBLANC, and the writing quality is outstanding.
You can also use the cartridges and converters for MONTBLANC as they are.

The pen tip is M (middle character).

I think it is not suitable for writing small kanji in notebooks.
I think it is suitable for writing down ideas that come up in a slightly larger notebook.
It seems possible to replace the nib at the Cartier boutique, but it will be an additional purchase rather than a replacement.
