  • Meets or exceeds a wide variety of coolant performance specifications, including ASTM D3306, ASTM D6210, Ford WSS-M97B44-D, GMW 3420 and VW TL 774D/F

  • When used as directed, protects passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for up to 8 years or 250,000kms (whichever comes first) and heavy duty engines for up to 8 years, 1,000,000kms or 12,000 hours (whichever comes first)
  • 1 Litre of Concentrate MEG95 Antifreeze / Coolant Makes 3 Litres of Coolant ( Please do not use a ratio of less than 33% or more than 66% coolant to water as it may be harmful to the engine)
  • For optimum performance it is recommended to mix one part coolant to one part good quality water which is a 50/50 ratio.
  • Silicates, nitrites, borates and amines free
  • Outstanding hot surface aluminium protection in modern engines
  • Compatible with OEM system metals, seals, hoses and plastic components

Provided PrixMax RCP Inhibitor Concentrate is used and maintained in the cooling system as specified in the PrixMax product information sheets and PrixMax Change-out Procedures and the engine manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals, PrixMax will stand behind their products in the event of a warrantable equipment failure of the cooling system where the failure is proven to be directly attributable to the use of PrixMax coolant – in this case PrixMax will at its election either repair or replace the goods or pay the cost of replacing the goods.

Please check the shipping method for each item. We use a mixture of Australia Post and courier service and some delivery exclusions apply such as PO Box locations, depending on delivery method for that particular item.

Please note: All products purchased from FCP Solutions that are Buy It Now include free freight for 1 delivery attempt only. FCP Solutions is charged a re-delivery fee if no one is in attendance at the delivery address and for this reason all orders will be marked Authority To Leave and will be left behind at an unattended address. All orders of this nature will be marked as a successful delivery by the courier company, this will be the information used to verify delivery should there be a dispute. Goods Developed a Fault (Warranty Claim): All goods supplied by FCP Solutions are covered by the respective manufacturer warranties. If the goods are found to be faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period after delivery, you may reject them, please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. After inspection of the returned goods you may claim a full refund or a replacement, this decision is entirely yours. All return freight costs will be at FCP Solutions expense given in the form of a refund. FCP Solutions reserves the right to reject claims of this nature if after investigation it is found the fault or condition is from misuse contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.

Manufacturers may require the inspection of the goods in question and / or details of its fitment where a warranty is made. Failure to give sufficient notification may result in the claim being rejected. Please refer to manufacturers web site for more specific warranty details or contact FCP Solutions for further guidance.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not accept any responsibility for damage arising from incorrect or unsuitable goods being fitted to any vehicle. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of any goods prior to purchase.

Goods Arrived Faulty or Unacceptable Condition: If any goods ordered arrive in faulty or unacceptable condition please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. FCP Solutions offers a replacement or full refund, including freight costs, for all faulty goods or goods in unacceptable condition. FCP Solutions reserves the right to reject claims of this nature if after investigation it is found the fault or condition is from misuse contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.

Change of Mind Purchases: If you purchase the wrong goods or simply change your mind it must be returned in it’s original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a refund less a 10% restocking and administration fee with a minimum charge of $10 (to cover our initial postage costs to send you the goods), which will be deducted from the purchase price. Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We also offer a refund should the buyer request it, the buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs. A 10% restocking and administration fee with a minimum charge of $10 (to cover our initial postage costs to send you the goods), will be deducted from the purchase price should the buyer request a refund.

Received Incorrect Goods: If buyer has received incorrect goods to that which was originally purchased, please advise us so we can amend and send the correct order ASAP. We will be responsible for the return shipping of the incorrect item and re-shipping the correct item at our cost. FCP Solutions will also offer a full refund should the buyer request it if this is the case.

Unhappy With Goods: If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to discuss you grievance. We will do our best to resolve any issue.

Exclusions:

To the extent permitted by law, a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you;

Substantially modify the goods;

The goods have been lost or damaged;

The goods have been attached to other property and cannot be removed without causing damage;

Too much time has passed;
