All new stickers on the outside. 

Inside looks fair.

Family room downstairs has some water damage.

Kitchen has one small tear under the window.

The rest are in great condition, especially being this old. 

Biggest damage is the chimney is split into 2 pieces as seen in last picture.

The handle still holds it together.

A few water stains on the base, 

but the base is all intact.

I have also listed the furniture and little people and dog that go with this house.
