We aim to dispatch the same working day where we can. The free standard delivery is sent with Hermes Tracked - this is a 3-5 working day service.
If you require faster services please use ' Add to basket' and then change the delivery speed and pay the upgrade at checkout. We are unable to change or use services requested by you after the purchase has been made. We use an export system no changes can be made. 
Once your parcel is marked as dispatched and allocated a tracking number we cannot change or cancel the order. 
You can refuse the parcel and incur the return to sender fee charged by our couriers.

We appreciate some customers do not want Hermes delivering to them, or Royal Mail likewise so there are options to change this should you choose too. We try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate all deliveries and use the most cost effective services to keep costs down for you.
