1. Damaged In Transit/Doesn't work or defective: Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, please you just need to click “contact seller” and talk with us via eBay message. We will resend a replacement or refund quickly after our confirmed, try to not open return request/case because it will take more time to process your case.
2. Not Received / Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please contact us. If we have sent the incorrect item in error, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, we will accept the item as a return at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition.
