Pink Ceramic Rose On Silver-Tone (Sterling?) Brooch Unmarked 1 ¼” Dia

For sale is a pretty, ceramic pink rose brooch. It is surrounded by a detailed silver-tone metal border. The metal could be sterling plated as it tends to varnish. It is 1 ¼” diameter with three 3/8” rhinestone dangles at the bottom. The brooch sits on a plain white pillow. Maker unknown.
