This mirror is ready to install.  You can find great videos on youtube to see how to install it.  Its not very difficult.  This mirror is designed to replace your original mirror without any modifications.

I custom paint my mirrors to match your factory paint color.  I offer a full refund if for any reason you aren't satisfied.

This will be an exact match for Honda Taffeta White (code NH578)

NOTE--This is a heated mirror with memory and a signal light.  This mirror will only work on a Honda Pilot with these same features.  If your Pilot mirror does not have these same features then it has different electrical connection and will NOT work.
