This mirror is ready to install.  You can find great videos on youtube to see how to install it.  Its not very difficult.  This mirror is designed to replace your original mirror without any modifications.

I custom paint my mirrors to match your factory paint color.  I offer a full refund if for any reason you aren't satisfied.

NOTE--This is a heated mirror. It does NOT have a signal light.  The mirror with the signal light has a different electrical connection and will not work.  If your Pilot has a signal light this mirror will NOT work.
