Non-personalised items must be returned unworn with tags intact and be within 30 days. Return postage must be paid by the buyer unless the mistake has been made by us.

We post out via Royal Mail 1st Class which we are advised the delivery is approximately 1 - 2 working days.

We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service via Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional fee.
