These hooks are what we use on a daily basis for our biltong
business, are easy to pierce the meat. You can add a small
colour tab of electrical heat shrink if colour coding like we do
to distiguish different types/flavours of biltong in production.

Delivery normally takes 2-3 days from date of posting -

HOWEVER with Covid around Royal Mail is under great stress and parcels
can take considerably longer to be delivered. 

We obtain a stamped proof of postage and Royal Mail give us door-step
tracking for proof of delivery of your parcel.

Just for your information Northern Ireland is classed as out of the UK customs circle
and some parcels are confiscated due to no official importation documents.
We normally just use a customs label CN22 but some have been delayed for
weeks and weeks whilst customs decide on allowing it through or not.
