Book contains the visitors signing-in form that stays in the book for the club’s records and counterfoil receipt for the visitor to keep as proof that he or she has signed in and paid.

  • Each entry has its own serial number.
  • 500 entries per book.
  • 5 entries per page .
  • Each entry is perforated so the counterfoil can be torn out easily.

The counterfoil which is kept by the guest reads:-

NOTICE. No payment for excisable articles shall be accepted from any person not being a member or affilliated memeber of the Club.
    If any such person shall make such payment, he shall forthwith be expelled from the Club premises; the memberintroducing such person will also be expelled from membership of the Club.
The officers of the Club are requested to make an immediate report to the Secretary of any breach or attempted breach of this regulation, which will be rigorously enforced. No responsibility will be accepted by the Club for loss or damage of any articles.
