This is a beautiful sterling silver multi-gemstone cluster ring featuring garnet, citrine, several other precious gemstones and a spray on each side of small diamonds. 

I wasn't able to identify all of the stones, unfortunately. 

All set in a lovely sterling silver setting with open work underneath to let line shine through and sparkle!

Ring has been lightly polished but there is still a little tarnishing on the band near the gemstones.
