items are securely packaged, labelled and are dispatched within 24
hours of payment being received (normally same day if received by 3pm

dispatch notification and the item should be delivered within 1-3

will accept returns if the item is reported and returned within 7 days
of receipt. Items reported as faulty will be checked and replaced where
possible. Items returned for a refund must include all the original
items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, with all manuals, accessories
etc. When returning an item please include the Ebay item number and
Username. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to
send back to us as is the industry standard(we recommend using a
trackable service) and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. It
is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that returned items are
adequately wrapped to prevent any further damage occurring. However,
goods returned damaged, incomplete or unfit for re-sale will be
re-valued and the cost of the defect will be deducted accordingly.
