how you send the message at checkout is not we receive it, so to ensure we get the correct layout you want , you need to send with the words
Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 4, Line 5, etc
If it’s not sent in the format requested we will fit in a layout suitable for the text allowance
Text Colour: No colour, Outline cut into glass
Please note: each glass has its own uniqueness , therefore you may find manufactures blemishes within the glass, such as smudge marks, small line scratches, this will not affect the engraving neither will it affect the use of the glass
We cannot send, to a third party, it needs to go to the address given a the time of order
Please Remember this is your personalised glass, its your responsibility to check all names and text is spelt correctly,
and we always ship when we advise, however if you there is too much text , no text sent , or other concerns that stop us from doing so , naturally process will be delayed because, we cant engrave if we dont hold the information to do so, or your the text is too much.
