• Translites are colored sheets of plastic that are used to display pictures of toy promotions or menu items on screens either overhead behind the ordering counter, or outside on a drive-thru menu board. This particular translite was used in 1994 to promote the McDonalds Muppet Workshop Happy Meal. They were not intended for public sale and most were disposed of after the promotion. Because of this translites are quite rare and have become highly collectible.
