Up for your consideration is this BEAUTIFUL & SPECTACULAR LOOKING RED HOT CLASSIC TRIMLINE Western Electric Bell System Rotary Dial Desk telephone.
The Year shown on the bottom shows SEPT-72 which I "believe" when it was ""possibly" refurbished by Western Electric. This telephone almost looks like it came out of the box yesterday.
This phone is working well ""EXCEPT IT DOES NOT RING ON INCOMING CALLS"", and I recently detailed
it for the next lucky owner. The RED color is always special on these
vintage phones, and it will surely add cheer to your kitchen or any
other room. Nothing quite like a vintage phone in an age when it seems everything
around us has gone digital.
This telephone is in SUPERB cosmetic condition & in good
working condition "EXCEPT IT DOES NOT RING"; you won’t find the usual 30+ yr accumulation of
grime, paint drippings, or gummy stickers on this one that will pass a
military white glove test. Careful detailing and polishing of parts
included the body, dial, and the handset was given special attention
inside and out, so there will be no qualms about using it. Phone displays
with a beautiful gloss as seen in photos with no grime in the usual
hiding places.
The Rotary Dial is in great working condition, and I
was able to get a dial tone on the old phone line here that dials out great and both parties can
be heard clearly. The volume adjustable ringer on the bottom (DOES NOT WORK). The APPROX 10-FT RED hard wired line cord from the base of the phone to the hard wired RED 4-PRONG PLUG for the wall jack is in excellent condition "EXCEPT THE RED CAP/COVER IS MISSING OFF OF THE PLUG. The RED coiled hand set cord is in undamaged and
pliable & also in great condition.

SUPPORT ALL FUNCTIONS OF VINTAGE ROTARY DIAL PHONES THAT DO BEST ON OLD TRADITIONAL LAND LINE SERVICES.

PHONES OUT HERE HOWEVER THIS ONE LOOKS LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX YESTERDAY. IT IS CLEAN ALL THE WAY AROUND & IN
AMAZING LOOKING & WORKING CONDITION.
