This comic book was part of the VIP Ticket Package along with reserved seats, popcorn, and a drink to THE FORCE AWAKENS premiere on 17 December 2015 exclusively at the EL CAPITAN Theater in Hollywood, CA.

Comic is in great condition, as handed to me by staff.  I asked them to please be careful without bending the comic.  I'd say it made it in very good shape.  See photos.  
I don't grade, but I'd call it a VF to VF+.  Unread, and bagged and boarded as soon as I got home with it. Cover art by Todd Nauck.

Also, comes with the original The Force Awakens Prism Foil tattoo's that were also given out at the event and my original ticket to the event!

These will become collector's items, due to their limited distribution, and most copies never made out of the theater in decent condition.  I saw quite a few folded and thrown/stepped on the theater floor after the movie.
