This listing is for 1 Diaper tab to be used for the realcare 1 / G6 dolls instead of a realcare diaper. 

The tab has a white side and blue side and can be turned around when "changing" the diaper. This works exactly the same as the original realcare diapers and can be used with any diaper or daiper cover or even without a diaper.
