Ramen Noodle Miso Flavor Broth Soup!

Sapporo Ichiban is a Japanese brand and one of the originals when it comes to packaged ramen soups.

Miso is a fermented soy bean paste. Same as Japan’s beloved miso soup, miso ramen is very popular, for its nutty, savoury, a almost smokey flavor profile :)

Traditional Quality of Sapporo Ichiban!

Unlike the cup a noodle version, this soups require cooking in a pot. Sounds like a lot of work but only takes 3 minutes to make.

Add veggies and an egg to make it just like the original Japanese style.

Goes great for any meal, and the bouillon has a nice homemade broth flavor. Unlike a lot of the cup ramens, this one eats like a full meal, not just a fast version.

Dee’s Tip:

Of course~~ when you make your ramen, the topping choices are endless!

The classic egg always is a crowd pleaser~

Here is how to make it Sapporo Style:

Instead of mixing the egg in, either add a soft boiled egg, at the end, and don’t forget the special ingredient!!

Corn!!!

Yup~ adding corn gives that sweet bursting flavor that goes amazingly in ramen~~

But if you want to go fancy~~ how about a few bean sprouts and bamboo shoots?

Just adding corn and egg though, already makes it Sapporo style.

But bean sprouts and/or bamboo shots add the freshness and extra bite to give the consistency in different layers.
