Cannondale SuperSix EVO Synapse CAAD Short 5MM Headset Top Plate Cap - KP253/

This top plate comes with the SuperSix Evo headset and sits on top of the upper bearing. It goes underneath the conical spacer unless you are taking that off and are slamming that stem. Compatible with SuperSix Evo, CAAD9, CAAD10, CAAD12, CAAD13, and Synapse Carbons models after 2014.

This piece is 46mm in diameter.
