This was originally a size 2T romper. I had it custom altered to be a swing style top. Lavendar ruffle was added along the bottom. It measures 19.5" from top of strap to ruffle bottom.The chest is very stretchy so it will fit ages 4-6 years. My daughter wore it a couple times when she was 5 and 6 and it fit her well. The top is in LIKE NEW condition and looks like it was never worn. This listing is for the custom top only.
