OEM (original equipment manufacture) for this part or any part from any one, for it to be OEM it would have to come from Hobart.. and should be in a Hobart package, even if the part comes  from the same manufacturing co as Hobart get's them from  even with the same marking and part number, it is not a OEM Part there is a lot a sellers not telling the truth my part is not OEM it does come from the same manufacture that Hobart gets them from and all the part numbers are the same it is 100% the same part but it is still not OEM Hobart   it is OEM U-Sav Equipment And it does come with a 30 day guarantee I dont think Hobart gives a guarantee at all on this part
