Handmade Viking Knit Weave Hematite bracelet.  All components are 925 Sterling Silver (except the Hematite). Made in Minneapolis, MN.

•   The total length of the bracelet is 8 1/2".

•    I made this bracelet using the ancient technique called Viking Weave or Viking Knit. Examples of this chain work have been found in Silver hoards and Viking burials from 700 to 800 A.D. The Vikings used this type of chain for jewelry, clothing decoration, currency & trade. The wire is woven around a wooden dowel, then pulled through a draw plate.
