- Due to flowers being handmade there are no refunds of exchanges.
- If paper flowers were to arrive damaged due to shipping, you have 2 days to send a message with pictures showing damaged flowers.
- Damaged flowers are to be shipped back within 5 days from delivery. You will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label.
- We will review pictures of damaged flowers and send you a replacement or refund.
