Sorry, I can't make out the signatures, I think one is "Carlos".
This hat was acquired at Phoenix International Raceway for the Copper State 200, probably in the '90s.
Overall great condition, kept indoors away from smoke and pet hair (and kids). This has been on a shelf since the day I got it, and it's time for someone else to appreciate it.
