Flavonoid compounds (including chrysine, pinocembrin, galangin, quercetin); caffeic, ferulic and benzoic acids; vanillin; essential oils (pinene, eugenol, guiaol); vitamins; trace elements (including silica, zinc and iron). The material contains more than 400 compounds, the distribution of which varies significantly according to the hives and periods of the year.
