This listing is for a Brand New Old Stock Clarion DC628 six disc changer kit for Saab GM 900 94-98


It is only listed as New other as box has been opened to check contents due to box suffering from storage. With the box suffering some damp the two mounting brackets are showing some slight corrosion as not wrapped in plastic bags inside the box as other components were, hence they are still pristine. The brackets would benefit from a little tlc to make perfect but this is just for cosmetic purposes, the brackets would still perform their function well. 


It is a genuine brand new unused Old Stock unit which was purchased as a spare for the factory accessory upgrade unit in our last 1994 Saab GM900 which we no longer have, so this is surplus stock now and is probably rare to find a brand new unused item now as possibly obsolete from Saab?


The box has suffered from some damp and age/storage aspects but other than the brackets is truly excellent brand new unused old stock. The one top face of the brackets have a slight surface rust but easily rectified as the other side is good, it was just when the garage roof leaked water ingress affected the box and with these not being "wrapped" like the rest of the contents, these suffered slightly from touching the damp surface of the box with it absorbing some of the water - as shown in the pictures. The unit itself, the cd unit, the leads and the manual/fitting instructions are just as they left the  factory as they are all plastic wrapped, just the brackets weren't unfortunately. None of this it's usability or performance.
