You are purchasing a refurbished Teledex Diamond phone that was removed from service when a hotel closed.  We have cleaned the phones, tested to ensure functionality and removed the custom printed insert from the old hotel. 

These phones are regular analog phones and can be used anywhere on any analog system.  Over 5 million are in use in hotels!  They are a great phone that is nearly indestructible.  If your hotel uses these phones you can simply plug this replacement phone in where a phone is missing.

Our standard bundle comes as the phone and handset, without any cords.  We can also include the curly cord if needed.  The phone is shipped without a paper label inside the plastic faceplate.  If you are replacing a phone, you can simply move the label to the new phone.  If you are installing new phones, you can source the labels from your hotel supplier - or from several online vendors.  They can print labels with your hotel logo, information and room numbers.

These phones will also work in your home on a regular phone line.  They are high quality and meant to last the abuse found in a hotel.  At home, they will likely outlast you - they aren't a cheap phone like you find at the dollar store.
