International Buyers:

We will gladly ship the majority of our items internationally. Lighter weight items are shipped out of US. We do our best to estimate international delivery times, however, we are responsible till the item is in the shipping company's control. It is very common for items to be held in customs for longer than expected.

Customs duties and taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer‘s responsibility. Please check with your country‘s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.We won‘t under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Lost items: A shipping company may occasionally misplace an international package. Please make us aware as soon as possible if you believe your item may be lost. If this happens the shipper requires 3-6 weeks to track, investigate and find the package before they allow us to start an insurance claim. If a package is lost, we will do everything possible to help with the claims process. We do not issue a replacement item or refund until the shipper verifies that the package is in fact lost and we are able to successfully open an insurance claim with the shipper.

RETURNS

We do accept returns for most of the items we sell except used or discontinued items. Our return (or non-return) policy is clearly stated in each listing. A money-back refund or exchange will be issued within three business days of receiving returned merchandise unless otherwise arranged. For returnable items, our policy is as follows: “Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Returned item must be in new unused/uninstalled condition in original packaging with tags attached when applicable. If the item was in a sealed package from the manufacturer, we must receive the item in the same condition, unopened and sealed. Electrical/Electronic, Chemicals, and Battery items are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price and the remainder will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Unless there was an error in the listing, a restocking fee will apply. Any loss or damage in return transit is shipping company's responsibility.
