Premier Range is based in Todmorden on the Yorkshire, Lancashire border. We employ 24 local people and we sell around 10,000 - 20,000 items per month which are all manufactured in our state of the art production facility.

We can make pretty much any item your heart desires, and specialize in Splashbacks, matching glass accessories like Place Mats, chopping boards and worktop savers.

We supply a lot of the infamous high street stores as well as individuals looking to transform the look of their kitchen or bathroom.

In the last 12 months we’ve also launched table protectors and our remarkable Glass Radiator art covers which can either help hide those boring or unsightly Radiators, or turn them into works of art and focal points.

We can supply any size, colour, shape or design of glass. We have hundreds of suggestions available in our Store, or feel free to get in touch if you want a truly unique and bespoke “One off” colour match, or image adding to your piece of glass.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on your delivery address. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

Delivery method: APC Overnight & Parcel Force to a specified address
Typical delivery lead time: 1-2 business days
Bespoke items: 3-5 business days

Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered.

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Deliveries only take place between Monday - Friday 8am -6pm.
Excluding all bank holidays and weekends.
All deliveries must be delivered to the address specified when placing your order.
We do not allow our couriers to leave item without a signature.
All items must be signed for.

How do I return my product(s)?

You can return your online order within 30 days of receiving your order, excluding any Made to Measure or Bespoke items.
The buyer pays the return postage at is own expense.

General Return Conditions

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

How will I get my refund?

We will reimburse you within 7 calendar days from the day we receive your online order back at our warehouse.

Our quality assurance team will then check if your item(s) meet our return conditions. process it.
