This handmade cake topper will approximately last a year or longer as long as it is kept in a cool dry place at room temperature, keep them away from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not freeze or refrigerate. They should covered avoid dust.

Payment must be made within 3 days of the item being won/purchased, we will open an 'unpaid item dispute' on any items remaining unpaid after this time and your items will not be processed. 

  

Shipping 

It takes 5-10 days to make and to completely dry. Items will be posted asap.

We cannot accept returns on personalized items, as these are made to order and therefore cannot be resold.  
As this is a food item and it cannot be resold, we will only accept returns if there has been a mistake made on our part or you received the product in poor condition.  Although this is rare, human error can occur! 

IMPORTANT  I cannot control how packages are handled in transit, nor can I guarantee toppers against damages in transit.
