This assembly is comprised of two off the shelf Electroid Company products, the Clutch and the Brake, which is married to a support block with two mounting arms, and joined by a 1/2" shaft. 

This is a new unit, purchased but never used from stock inventories, yet it is a custom assembly. See "Remarks" section.

Product comes with a 30 day warranty that guarantees the product to perform to the description provided.

Customer will have the option of either having the product replaced, or for money back.

All Warranted products have to be returned for inspection before any refunds are provided, unless other arrangements have been approved.

Warranty limits with sensitive Electronic Systems; Opening the unit voids the warranty, exposing the unit to water or other fluids voids the warranty, smashing the protective container voids the warranty, electrical damage do to improper or modified harness wiring voids the warranty, using the unit other than on it's OEM intended use voids the warranty.

Returns:

Customer has the option of returning the product for what ever reason, within the 30 day window from purchase, but will have to pay all associated shipping costs (including the actual Outbound shipped cost, and Return Shipping) and a 25% Restocking fee (recovers Inventorying costs, Labor, and Packaging materials.

Remarks:

This is custom assembly that was originally built for use on the Bell & Howell FIMA 2000 continuous Cutter system. It's construction was designed to operate a high speed Guillotine blade on a continuous duty cycle, thus making it a super automation component for your design. And since the construction is made up of two off the shelf components, you can utilize the assembly as is, or strip it down for your own custom application.
