As of 2020, Pandora no longer ships products with the black hang tag. Depending on when our shipment was received into inventory, your item will either be shipped with the black hang tag OR the ziplock barcoded Pandora bag which serves as the tag.

Please Note that ALL items that are returned for ANY reason must include the original packaging that was shipped with the item. This includes the BARCODED bag tag. We are unable to resell items listed as New with Tags without the barcoded bag. If your item came with a black hang tag, that must be included in the return as well as the original box or pouch. In the event a buyer returns a New with Tags item without the original packaging, a 30% restocking fee for future price adjustment will be subtracted from original purchase price. 

If your item is to be a gift and you wish to not include the bag tag or hang tag, please remove them for safe keeping until the gift has been received and accepted.
