On the left is a pair of pressed glass shakers with metal lids.
They even have a tiny handle on them, perhaps to hang them on something??
I would guess these to be American made - S inside a circle on the bottom.
On the right is a Made in Japan pair with metal body, featuring a crest which reads:
Carlsbad Caverns, White's City, NM, 'Rock of Ages'
This pair seems to be made from a 'pot metal' judging from the interior of each one.
Their outer appearance looks like a Chrome surface
