Selection of commemoration ware featuring QUEEN VICTORIA

SAUCER - no maker - 1897 JUBILEE - the saucer features heraldic symbols and the wording Queen of the Empire on which The Sun Never Sets.  13cm diameter.  CONDITION:  the edges are rubbed as is the design in places.  no makers marker.  some craxing but no cracks or crazing.

DOULTON BURSLEM 1887 JUBILEE BEAKER - cream with brown design on front.  9.5cm high, 9cm top diameter.  condition:  no chips or cracks, overall crazing, but not invasive.  some nipping to the top with slight roughening feel but considering age in very good condition

ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS BOUND 1897 JUBILEE EDITION - RECORD NUMBER OF A RECORD REIGN.  bound in red leather or faux leather binding with gold wording and decoration.  some amazing coloured plates.  condition:  the cover has some fading and marking and the pages are yellowed in places with one or two small tears to the edges but overall in good condition - very good if you consider how old it is!

POOR CONDITION ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS BOUND - HER MAJESTY'S GLORIOUS JUBILEE 1897  - THE RECORD NUMBER OF A RECORD REIGN.   this one is bound in blue covers, the plates are still in good order and most pages are ok but a few are stained.  the cover is badly damaged and it has come away from the body, binding has failed completely - there is some water damage.  please check out the photos and ask for any other details - this is the same volume as above but with a different binding but the condition is poor and priced accordingly


SIXTY YEARS A QUEEN THE STORY OF HER MAJESTRY'S REIGN told by SIR HERBERT MAXWELL, BART MP. illustrted chiefly from the royal collections by special permission.  Published & printed by EYRE & APOTTISWOODE - published by HARMSWORTH BROS.  condition:  the cover has some marking with some fading, fraying and bumping.  there is a dedication for school prize on the inside first page.  cover is in poor condition  but the inside is in good order - priced to reflect this
