Castrol React Performance Dot 4 Synthetic Brake Fluid is designed for use in all brake systems particularly those which are exposed to extreme conditions. This product has been formulated from mixed polyalkylene glycol ethers and borate ester together with other high performance additives and inhibitors which give ultimate system protection against the effects of corrosion and high temperature vapour lock.

Castrol React Performance Dot 4 Synthetic Brake Fluid is a high boiling synthetic brake fluid which far exceeds the requirements of the SAE J1703, FMVSS 116 DOT 3 and 4, ISO 4925 and JIS K2233 specifications. 

It is strongly recommended that Castrol React Performance Dot 4 Synthetic Brake Fluid should be changed according to the vehicle manufacturers advice. In the absence of such advice, a 2 year change period is recommended.

  • Because of the nature of this formulation, the vapour lock point can be sustained at a higher level than conventional glycol ether based fluids during the service life of the product.

Postage - Small items are sent using Royal Mail RM48, Higher value products will be sent RM48 Tracked or by carrier - carrier services require a signature. If you are an International customer please message us for a quote and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

All items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery. Delivery is normally within 1-7 working days but is typically quicker, check our feedback to see previous happy customers. In the event of your item not arriving on the date expected please wait until the 7th working day before contacting us. If you have chosen “Express Delivery”, please contact us 2 days after purchase (one day for packing, one day for the Courier), though do note that the courier may deliver as late as 1800.

Please understand that your signature is not only to confirm that the item has been received but that the item has been delivered in undamaged condition, it is quite acceptable to open the parcel before signing the delivery drivers’ device or paperwork. Be warned, if you sign and find later that the item is damaged the courier will not entertain a damage claim. If the item is damaged please refuse the delivery.

Despatch of items – All items will be checked before sending, if the item differs from the stock image or photographs we will send a message directly via. eBay to inform you and attach additional pictures where relevant. If we have a stock error or shortage you will be notified on the day of despatch offering the timescale to get said item to you. If for any reason we cannot supply the item, you will be offered a replacement product where possible or a full refund.

Returns

Errors/Mistakes- We are only human and in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrectly picked please contact us by messaging us on eBay, via message or ring our customer services number as shown at the bottom of every listing in Business Information. If you wish to return the item, please follow the eBay Returns Policy as we will not be able to refund the cost of return postage for other services used.

Changed your mind? - If you have brought the item in error or changed your mind you will have to cover your postage cost to send the item back to us. Please follow the eBay Returns as above and inform us you “changed your mind” when asked. We will issue a refund of the cost of the item on return but will not be able to pay any return postage and reserve the right to charge for outgoing postage cost.

When buying used parts, this is at the buyers risk. If you disagree with our description of their condition, or find damage that was not presented in the photographs, we are happy to accept a return as long as items have not been dismantled or tampered with. International customers are responsible for outward and return postage, please message us for a quote.
