BEFORE YOU BUY: Measure
the adjuster shafts on your saw, if they are not 3/8", .375" in
diameter, they will not fit. DO NOT PURCHASE! Measure the widest diameter of the shaft, not from flat to edge.
This listing is for ONE replacement handle wheel for Table Saws with 3/8" .375" adjuster shafts.
These
handle wheels will fit various brand table saws that have 3/8" .375"
diameter arbor shafts with a flat. The handle wheel has been beefed up
more than the original plastic wheel handle that came on the saw. My
wheel handle adjusters broke before it was a month old. I had been using
vise grips to turn the adjuster for the last twenty years.
I
made these on a 3D printer and have a set on my table saw. The handle
wheels are 3.50" in diameter with adjuster shafts 3/8" .375" with a
flat. You will need to use the center screw that came with the saw to
hold the handle wheel on the shaft. Most saws use 8-32 x 3/4" or 10-32 x
3/4" machine screws with a washer to hold the handles on. The finger
spool for the wheel is a 1/4 x 2" Tap bolt and a Nyloc nut which is
included.
These handle wheels are a less
expensive way to put the vise grips back in the tool box and make saw
adjustments like you used too.
