We powered this unit up, the power indicator light comes on. We don't know much about it or it's condition so we are selling for parts or in need of repair.

Any foam padding in the unit is deteriorated beyond repair and should be replaced. There are scratches and dents on the case. 

This came to us from a major Aerospace OEM or from government excess.
