As all items are custom made to order we will send you a custom invoice after you have placed your order through ebay. Under eBay's 'accepted safer electronic payment method' policy, we accept credit card payments via Stripe's secure payment services. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as bank deposit. Upon clicking buy it now, we will send you an invoice from which you can choose to make your secure credit card payment or bank deposit. The invoice will usually come through within 10-60 minutes.

Shipping costs within Australia are FREE within Australia, as each canvas is made to order it will take 5-10 working days to be delivered. You may upgrade to Express Shipping for an extra cost, which can take between 1 - 3 business days. When you place an order, production may take up to 3 days. So in total, an express shipped item can take as long as 6 business days to be delivered. However, it could be delivered sooner, depending on our Production Load. Some items are known to be delivered within 3 business days of being ordered.

We know that you will absolutely love your PrintBot purchase. As our prints are personally made to order, and as per the Australian Consumer Law, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or replacements if you change your mind. If your order arrives damaged or is faulty you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the goods. You will need to provide photos of the damage. We will issue the refund or replacement upon receiving the goods back. When returning the item/s back we advise that you should pay for registered post to ensure it arrives. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.
