All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are processed and shipped the same day; Weekend orders and those placed on a Bank holiday are shipped the next working day.

You are welcome to collect from our trade counter during office hours Monday to Friday, or Saturday 9-12pm. We are located just 5 miles East of Manchester City Centre in Denton, Tameside.

Can I return items

Yes, please reach out to us first by using the eBay customer service returns process or email us. Unless the item is damaged/incorrect you will need to cover return postage ? Our returns policy is only valid for 60 days. Keys cut to code cannot be returned.

Do you offer a product warranty

All our items are new and as such come with a 1year manufacturer warranty (product abuse/incorrect fitting aside)

Can you fit the products for me?

No, we do have a national locksmith customer base who we can recommend though ? ask us if you need help.
