A note on Tag Size vs. Actual Measurements: 

Manufacturers label their jeans based on their regular cut jeans.  Typically this means the Actual Measurement of the waist or inseam on low-rise or high-rise jeans will vary from what is on the label because the jeans are lower or higher on the torso. 

Pro Tip:  If you consistently buy a specific brand in a specific size and you like the fit...go by the label.  If you know your measurements (not just off of the label, but actual measurements) go by the actual measurements.
