VERY NICE CONDITION WITH ONE SMALL FLAW. IF YOU LOOK AT THE LAST GALLERY PHOTO, YOU WILL SEE THAT THE BACKSIDE LOWER CORNER IS MISSING. THIS WILL NOT EFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS SONGBOARD.
