This is the C11SGRE Delica 4 with the Serrated Flat Saber grind blade. The production of this knife was discontinued in 2009.

It's a powdered metal made by Hitachi that has phenomenal chemistry with 3% carbon. The hardness is around 64Rc and edge retention is exceptional. This solid ZDP-189 steel blade is the hottest, hardest and highest performing steel in the knife industry today. All Endura 4 Lightweights are distinguished by their skeletonized stainless steel liners and injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles. This elite version of the design features a full-flat-ground, Serrated  Edge blade crafted from ZDP-189 an ultra-high-carbon steel that produces an extremely hard, long-wearing edge. Its slim, highly refined blade grind offers incredible edge geometry and a distal taper that reduce friction for optimal cutting performance. A sturdy back lock mechanism housed in the handle locks the blade securely open when in use yet allows easy ambidextrous lock release. Molded in a signature British Racing Green color, the fiberglass-reinforced-nylon handle features Bi-Directional Texturing for a secure, non-slip grip and a four-position hourglass pocket clip that supports left or right-side tip-up or tip-down carry.
