Micro-Ceramic is applied to the motor or gearbox without disturbing the technical tolerances, and due to its adhesion to metal, it penetrates into the metal surfaces and seals the ceramic particles in the roughness areas, which creates an armor-plating effect and forms a very strong protective film on the metal surfaces. Due to the high thermal resistance and the chemical properties of Micro-Ceramic, the possibility of deposits, build-ups and clots and thus negative effects on units and rubber seals that come into contact with Micro-Ceramic are avoided. The content of micro ceramic particles in the product is such that when Micro-Ceramic is added to standard oils, the particles not only penetrate the metal surfaces, but also float permanently in the oil, acting like small balls in a ball bearing. In this way, we get ideal sliding properties because it is not metal on metal, but ceramic on ceramic (softening effect), resulting in a soft running, reduced vibration and noise."

HIGH-CLASS Micro-Ceramic-Oil can be used in standard, mineral, synthetic or semi-synthetic engine and gear oil. Suitable for turbo charged engines and catalytic converters. HIGH-CLASS Mirco-Ceramic Oil should make 4-5% of the total oil volume. Add while engine is hot and continue to run engine 10 mintues after adding HIGH-CLASS Micro-Ceramic Oil. Add Micro-Ceramic after an oil and filter change. 

NOT for use with By-pass filters. NOT for use in automatic transmissions.

Instructions for use:

Shake the vial before use

Engines: 

1. Prepare new engine oil and oil filter according to recommendations of car manufacturer.

2. Heat the engine until operating temperature.

3. Add to old engine oil WINDIGO Motor cleaner.

4. Start the engine, keep it working for 15 minutes (up to 30 minutes in case of severe engine contamination).

5. Stop the engine and pour out old engine oil.

6. Change the oil filter.

7. Shake thoroughly micro ceramic additive WINDIGO and pour it into the new engine oil, mix carefully.

8. Pour resulted mix into the engine.

9. Start the engine and let it work for 10 minutes (30 minutes for turbo engines).

10. Proceed with usual car exploitation.

Dosage for use: 

• Gasoline, diesel, gas engines - Add 5% of micro ceramic WINDIGO additive out of the total oil volume.

• Manual transmission - Add 5% of micro ceramic WINDIGO additive out of the total oil volume.

• Transfer cases, drivetrains, differentials - Add 5% of micro ceramic WINDIGO additive out of the total oil volume.

 400ml per - 8 liters of oil
