- This kit allows you to mount the temperature probe of a Davies Craig 0401, 0404 switch, 0444 and 0455 controller into a top radiator hose inline
- Install the probe into the compression fitting, remove about 2/3rds inch / 17mm of radiator hose, fit the adapter between each hose and secure the hose clamps
- Rubber sleeves are supplied to expand adapter hose size from 1¼” / 32mm to 1½” / 40mm diameter
- Made for use with temperature sensors with either a 3/16” / 5mm or a 1/4” / 6mm outside diameter and temperature gauge senders with 1/4” NPT thread
- The adapter ends for hose fitting are 1.38 inch / 35mm
- Included 3mm adapter sleeves allows installing into 1.5 inch / 38mm hose
- 6mm hose adapter sleeves available separately, not included, allow installation into 1.65 inch / 42mm hose
